Building on the success of the inaugural edition, the 2026 programme introduces a comprehensive itinerary that integrates pre-show and post-show market visits with the main exhibition. Asia Fruit Logistica 2026 is scheduled to take place at the Asia World-Expo in Hong Kong from 2 to 4 September 2026.
The curated programme features in-depth supply chain briefings, retail analysis, and executive networking opportunities across Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Zhengzhou. This dual-track approach offers international delegates a comprehensive overview of the operational dynamics within one of the world’s most rapidly evolving fresh produce markets.
Pre-Show: Hong Kongโs Fresh Produce Supply Chain
The programme commences on 1 September with a targeted pre-show tour exploring Hong Kong’s pivotal fresh produce distribution networks. Participants will visit the facilities of S&F Produce Group, one of Hong Kongโs premier fresh produce distributors, for executive presentations and warehouse facility tours focusing on procurement, cold-chain logistics, and distribution strategies spanning Hong Kong and Macau.
The day concludes with a late-night visit to the historic Yau Ma Tei Wholesale Fruit Market, offering delegates an authentic look at the regionโs highly efficient overnight fruit trading ecosystem.
Post-Show: Mainland China Strategic Routes
Following the three-day exhibition, delegates can choose between two distinct post-show itineraries in mainland China, scheduled from 6 to 7 September, depending on their strategic focus.
The Shanghai Study Tour (6โ7 September) focuses on premium retail development and wholesale distribution within Chinaโs commercial capital. Highlights include a deep dive into the Shanghai Huizhan Fruit & Vegetable Market, the primary hub for premium imported produce in Eastern China, alongside guided visits to leading boutique supermarket chains. Delegates will also visit major fresh produce supply chain players โ Goodfarmer Group and Riverking Group, gaining firsthand insights into premium fruit sourcing, cold-chain logistics, wholesale distribution, brand development, and market-entry strategies within Chinaโs rapidly evolving fresh produce sector.
The Zhengzhou Study Tour (6โ7 September) offers insights into the rapidly growing supply chains of China’s inland markets. Delegates will inspect the Henan Wanbang Fruit & Vegetable Market, a dominant wholesale trading hub for fresh produce across central Chinaโs vast and rapidly growing consumer base. The route also includes direct engagement with prominent importer Chenโs Sun, a fast-growing fruit retailer Chengxin Zhiyuan Fruit Group, and regional retail operator Pang Donglai, which is widely recognized in China for its exceptional customer service standards and fresh produce merchandising.
