China: Smartcherry World at the 1st Digital Agriculture Expo

With the theme to โ€œMobilize All Things Digitally, Innovate Agriculture Intelligentlyโ€, the event aims to promote the transformation, upgradation and development of digitalization of agriculture and rural areas worldwide.

The First World Expo on Digital Agriculture (WEDA) is taking place at the Fuhua International Exhibition Center in Weifang, Shandong Province, China, on April 25-27, 2023. Smartcherry is already there to keep you updated on the more relevant topics. In addition, attendees can find our Smartcherry stand at this important international fair, organized by the Foreign Economic Cooperation Center (FECC) of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA), P.R. China.

The event aims to promote the transformation, upgradation and development of digitalization of agriculture and rural areas worldwide, stimulate growth of global agricultural trade and investment with efficient and convenient services to derive global economic recovery.

The Opening Ceremony of Uzbekistan Pavilion, as guest of honour, marked the beginning of the event. Other relevant activities were: Analysis on the Development of Digital Agriculture in China, Review on the Global Agrilnno Challenge, release of Agricultural Cooperation and Rural Revitalization series, International Digital Technology Exchange Forum on Plant Protection and Agricultural Equipment and the Sino-German Entrepreneurs Forum on Smart Agriculture. At the same time many roadshows about digital agriculture ran today.

With the participation of local and international companies, the expo seeks to promote smart agricultural investment, trade cooperation and the digital transformation of agriculture. In the exhibition area companies offer digital solutions, agricultural services, precision agriculture, food loss reduction technology, rural and cross-border e-commerce and more.
