On this occasion, the ambassador also highlighted the close bilateral relationship, thanks to the 20-year-old Free Trade Agreement and the 55 years of diplomatic relations between the two nations. He added that, together with the Chilean Ministry of Agriculture and Fruit, they have established a strong partnership which, along with ProChile, has led to the promotion of Chilean products in China at various events throughout the year.
