Nutritional contents of cherries have been studied with the aim of finding which chemical elements contribute to the improvement of their condition and quality.
When nutritional plans are established in orchards, it is especially important to be able to establish the
minimal nutritional parameters the fruit must contain. In this regard, and studying the role that soil and
water play in all this, we should consider a nutritional plan that matches onsite demand, variety, rootstock
and productive potential. The Ca and K contents, percentage of Dry Matter and soluble solids in the cherry are of special concern.
