The Cherry Express provides exporters with guaranteed capacity and predictable arrival times, key factors for maintaining fruit quality in the Chinese market, which continues to dominate Chile’s cherry exports. CMA CGM highlights Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, and Busan as the main Asian entry points served under this program.
While transit times are given as estimates, the service remains a central link in Chile’s strategy to meet Asia’s high demand for cherries during the Lunar New Year period.
