The organization highlighted this 40^th edition for the quality of visitors, the high-level specialist proposals and the great international growth of exhibitors and visitors. An edition that had the prestigious presence of the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, who honoured the Italian fruit and vegetable supply chain in the special overture held in Cesena.

The President of Macfrut, Renzo Piraccini, said: “The first thought is an immense thank you to all the exhibitors, institutions, sector organizations, the staff of Cesena Fiera and the team of specialists who worked on this successful edition: the great teamwork has allowed us to create an extraordinary fair”.

“Macfrut is the demonstration of what the fruit and vegetable system can do when it unites for a common goal to give value to the entire supply chain. We are building that great event that our fruit and vegetable system deserves”, Piraccini concluded.

Macfrut 2024 is scheduled from 8 to 10 May.
