Topsun Fresh Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 in Shanghai focusing on import and sales of agricultural products and fresh fruits, and international freight forwarder. Its co-founders have more than 15 years of experience in the fruit industry and their mission is to build a supply chain service company that best understands the matching of fresh fruit production and sales.

Taking the import of off-season fruits and tropical fruits as the starting point, Topsun Fresh focuses on providing marketing services for farms and packaging plants, especially small and medium-sized foreign customers, in the Chinese market. They also provide product operation services for domestic channel customers.

Topsun Fresh actively introduces products from various countries by making use of their global origin and network resources. “Our products cover major fruit producing areas such as Chile, Peru, South Africa, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines. It mainly includes cherries, sugar plums, grapes, coconut, durian, pitaya, longan, orange, apple, jackfruit, mangosteen. In addition to our own brands, we have established good cooperative relations with more than 30 brands around the world, introducing high-quality products to China”, the company explained.

The company has fixed partners in four major wholesale markets in China, including Guangzhou Jiangnan Market, Shanghai Huizhan Market, Beijing Xinfadi Market and Shenyang Dili Market, and has 150 direct customers in 30 secondary and tertiary wholesale markets, including Jiaxing, Nanjing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Xi’an and Zhengzhou. The company has established good cooperation with core customers in various wholesale markets. The wholesale channel sales business covers most of the domestic regions.

What makes your company stand out in the fruit industry market?

Since our origin our company has been adhering to the concept of “service first, creating value”. Through all-round value-added services, our fruit farmers, exporters and domestic customers get more, which has also driven the new direction for the development of the industry to a certain extent.

What are the main challenges your company faced in the fruit industry and how did you overcome them?

The main challenge is the contradiction between customer’s needs and the traditional supply mode of fruit products. We directly understand the final customer’s needs, communicate within the production and sales in time, and quickly adjust the product operation in its origin to achieve the purpose of meeting the needs of consumers as much as possible.

What new products or services will your company display at the 2023 International Fruit Expo?

We will be focusing on the display and introduction of the Western goods package service plan and Southeast Asian origin services provided by our company.
